The best thing about cartoon movies...

I love to watch cartoon movies because they are a lot more fun than normal ones. I used to watch Tom and Jerry cartoons a lot when I was a kid... I still do. There are a lot of good things about cartoon movies. If you ever watched Tom and Jerry cartoons, you would know to take life a lot easier than what you think it is. The complex antics of a mouse trying to save its life from a cat is the basic idea of the cartoon. But... it never seems so. When you seriously think on this fact, THERE'S A CAT CHASING A MOUSE, what else can be so dreadful than that in a mouse's point of view? But the cartoon is so hilarious that this point sometimes never sinks in your head. It never did with me until I started writing this article, come to think of it!

There was once a hindi movie actor who commented that he picked his stunt moves by watching Tom chase Jerry. He does stunts that look so real and bloody and scary...and he picked it all up from Tom and Jerry! Imagine how violent Tom and Jerry cartoons should be. Violence now is nothing; if anyone says Tom and Jerry are violent, its not likely to be true, because its a cartoon, because cartoons are meant to make things funny, because cartoons are not real. (I do know that Tom and Jerry are one of the most violent cartoons ever produced in Toon World.)

There has always been a nice feel about cartoon movies...atleast the ones that I have seen so far. There's a lot of nice music and dancing, not the kind of music which takes you to a different location and the dance being choreographed by a professional. The music always blends in with the story, that's one of the best things about cartoon movies. Everyone dances, from bugs and beetles to sharks and wooly mammoths. There is always a happy ending, always. There is life, there is death and all of it is put in such a funny combination that you don't think death is so scary after all. One knock on your head and you are dead. Its as simple as that! Well... that's the best part about being a cartoon character, I guess.

Oh, and there are good guys and bad guys as well. The good guys always struggle a lot to get over the bad guys. The bad guys can be destroyed at the mention of a spell...and they disappear in a wisp of smoke and are never heard of again. On a normal movie, that would be so tragic, and the actors and actresses have to wash themselves before living happily ever after because there will be a lot of blood and dirt covering them. On the other hand, in a cartoon movie, you wave a wand and you live happily ever after! There are some movies that don't even have bad guys...makes the world a better place to live in! I love cartoon movies!
